I wont go into too much detail about our whole process with this company but it was subpar to say the least. Their communication is a 1/10. They are very responsive, however, they dont explain anything in detail. They lack communication within their team as well as communication with the buyer. They will tell you one thing and then another thing happens. They wont take any accountability for anything, even when its clearly their fault. Our closing got delayed because of their lack of communication and execution about when and how to deposit our funds. Never again.

Ill leave names out of it, but our loan officer mislead us with what we were qualified for and guided us into making a more aggressive offer. Once accepted and earnest money was submitted, we were told we actually didnt qualify and had to go a completely different route increasing our interest rate and down payment costs significantly. The manager, attempted to help, but did the bare minimum to right the wrongs. $350 credit for the extra $5k we had to pay. I would look elsewhere for a lender.

I am very pleased with Julee Shardy and her team. They were very caring about each situation no matter how big or small. They stayed on top of everything. I can say they are passionate about their work and they are damn good at it. I would recommend this company 100%.

Honestly a great group to work with. They have helped so many of our clients obtain financing to get their homes and it has been so smooth. Seriously grateful to CCM for everything they do!

These guys are very rude! Least professional representative I have ever seen. I had a phone call and they're like this " so what do you need" no hello, no greetings! I'm surprised!
