The wooooooorst experience ever. If I could use curse words thats how I would write this review. Dont waste your time or money or any occasion on this Sleazy hotel. They are careless!

This is the first time I've ever had an employee (said she was the manager, Stacey or Tracey) push me away from the door to the office behind the Check-in window. I was checking out, I needed a trolley to put my bags on. I stood there for almost 10 minutes. There was Nobody there. I stood in the hallway and knocked on the door, slightly opened it and she came running screaming "No One is Allowed in Here" I said I didn't come in, I was just saying, "hello, is anyone here"? She slammed the door, pushing my hand and arm that was holding open the door and I was pushed back. I walk with a cane, so my balance isn't the best. She continually berated me, an in front of witnesses who were waiting to check in. I asked her, her name, she said well I'm the manager here in case I planned on calling to make a complaint! I'm sure she has a supervisor, but she has the control to make sure any messages would not get to her superior. I can only hope that the higher ups somehow see this message and check out the cameras to see that this is Indeed how their Manager conducts herself!

This is by far the worst hotel ever the room is not even clean and the entire hotel smelled bad and even the customer service was horrible
