If I could give zero stars I would, whenever I come to this place Im always being treated with disrespect. They discriminate and look at me crazy when all Im trying to do is get in and get out. These two particular workers project their insecurities unto me THE MOST. One is a dark skin black guy whos taller with long locs, and the other is a brown skin black guy with glasses. I dont appreciate being treated like this, and I will be letting a manager/corporate know if it happens in the future.

I went into the license bureau and was greeted by a wonderful person named Joshlynn. I was helped by Kenise the day before but was not able to complete the transaction due to missing documents. When I arrived the following day I was greeted by Joshlynn, she took charge knowing I wanted to speak with Kenise again but she was unavailable. Joshlynn was very welcoming and helpful. She was able to communicate all the detailed information that I needed to do to get my situation handled. She was very patient and understanding and allowed me to achieve my goal of getting my tags and plates. Ive never experienced the above-and-beyond customer service before like I did when dealing with Joshlynn one of the best license bureau representatives Ive ever encountered. Thank you again.

Wait time was ridiculous.. Once I was finally called, Thomas got me in and out with no delays, chit chat with others or attitude. Truly appreciated that. Thank you
