Ive only had experiences with the two older women who work there and they both are great. Very caring and helpful. Each time Ive gone the wait has not been too bad, especially if you check in online first.

Had a great experience here, they were fast and kind. I went for Vin Inspection and then came back for registration & plates. All very seamless!

Before going to this location we called in, and asked the same question we did in person. When we got there it was extremely crowded so we asked the main, or head lady if we could ask her a question before waiting in line. She said give me a minute, and then we asked her here is a voucher from Tri-C, its to pay for the CDL permit I need since I passed the tests, can I use this here? Both answers were yes, on the phone and in person. So we wait all this time, get up to the window for her to say no. Then goes to the head lady who also says no.. but we called in and asked before I understand everyone was swamped but there was no attention paid to when we asked in person obviously. Two seconds of actually understanding what we needed, and if you didnt ask what you need to ask! I just felt like it was so rude to waste all that time especially after doing our due diligence and asking not once, but twice and not just over the phone but to the main person as well! She said you can pay for it but cant take the test here. You can pay for it but cant use that here. Why would I ask to use a voucher here if Im paying in cash, thats literally what the voucher is created for. No apologies or anything for them not doing their due diligence or apparently listening to us when we spoke and clearly showed her the voucher. Very unprofessional. Definitely worth going to another location to get better service and actually be listened too.
