I was not sure if I had a convincing case against my former company. My husband told me that it could not hurt to talk with an attorney and get their opinion. My husband looked up employment attorneys and came across David Young. I called David Young's office, and they returned my call quickly. After taking the time to hear my complaint, David took my case. Both David and his team kept me informed as to what the next steps would be. David and his team held my hand the entire time and answered any questions that I had. This made me feel comfortable and showed that I wasn't just a dollar sign to them. After waiting over one year, things were able to be resolved. I highly recommend David Young and his team as the number one attorney/team to help in any employment case. I was very pleased with David Young and Bryan, they explained everything to me in detail throughout my entire case and if I had questions they were answered immediately . David and Bryan was very awesome , they did everything they could for me, ( went above and Beyond )from start to finish. I would recommend these guys. Oh I can't forget about they secretary she was awesome very polite and nice lady, she will answer any questions you have for her aswell. I would highly recommend this lawfirm.

I had contacted this firm for legal advice. It was supposed to be one to two questions that I specifically needed from an Ohio attorney as I am out of state. When I called, the paralegal wasnt friendly, kept interrupting me and then after stating she didnt understand me, she made me email my entire concern to her and stated the attorney will call me to answer questions. After some days later, I got a response back from the paralegal with an attached letter from the attorney saying he declined to represent me. This was confusing because never once did I ask for representation in a case and I was only expecting a call back for my questions to be answered, a question that I would have, of course, paid for. My recommendation is for the paralegal to receive some additional training when speaking to potential clients as most situations need to be handled with empathy but I felt that was lacking towards me. My other recommendation is for the attorney to not assume someone wants to be represented, so calling the person back to answer a couple questions could have earned him a nice check depending what he charges per hour, and not assume what the potential client wants. Needless to say, I felt unwelcome and I sought other attorneys who were able to answer my question and were super empathetic.
