    This was our second time staying here and probably our last. The first time we had issues with our key cards and mobile key which apparently have not been resolved because we had the same issues this time. I get a notification from the app that my digital key is ready and to head straight to my room only for the door to not open. The desk tells me I have to stop by the front desk first to verify my identity and activate the mobile key. That contradicts the app and completely defeats the purpose of mobile key. We were given two keycards also which only worked on the outside door. The mobile key did not work on the outside door but did on our room. How convenient! The doors are also WAY too heavy. I couldnt open the door on my own. Thank god I was traveling with my husband or I would have been sleeping in the hallway. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in which was also wonderful. The heater hadnt been used in awhile which was evident when we turned it on and it smelled like burned hair (that first heater run of the season smell). Seems like that shouldnt have been the case in Cleveland in March. The dishwasher was also very disgusting. Smelled like rotten lettuce and had visible food in the bottom. No way I would trust anything washed in that thing. Next time, we are staying elsewhere.

    We stay at this hotel when we come into town. The staff are always nice. The facility and the room were clean, but the mattress seems old and not comfortable. Hurts my back each time we stay. I would have like the option to turn the temperature lower in our room since it felt hot. The room door lock would not properly close. The treadmill was not working. The TV's on the treadmills kept loosing signal. I wish they would mix up the breakfast items. No fresh fruit. Seems like same old each time.
