Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest Hospital

I would never go back here on 2/26 my hip was sore by the 2/28 called an ambulance to Lake West. No results 2/1 went to Hillcrest the ER dr was great and listen to me but they could not do MEI on Saturday with my implant. So I end up having to back to Hillcrest and they admit me. This is where it gets bad. Monday ortho comes in around 10 or so takes my leg pushes in and twist it pain went off chart asked if hes going to give me ani-inflammatory he just tired and walked out by 530pm they want to MRI on back and hip. See Ortho again and asked with a smirk on his face in front of the nurses said your not my patient. So they were only able to get my back which after 3dick gone k is what that feels like unable to get MRI because of pain, from that time on I pretty much was screaming from swelling and spasms early Tues it got so bad I started packing to call an ambulance to go to Uh . If it was,my for the really sweet receptionist who had to tell nursing this was real pain did the call a distress code so I could get everything back to manageable . My Nuero dr came Wednesday and CDc dr came confirm MRi. Thurs comes and the house dr I had was the worst of them all wants to discharge me, I asked about MRI and asked if he could find out and come back well he never did called down to my Nuero office and found never order. It and signed off as well as CDC dr. Now Im having panic attack asked to discharge me and was going outside I was so upset. This young nurse come up behind me and getting nasty along with a visiting nurse had no clue. 3-28 ended up my ambulance going back to Lake West and the PA Abby in the ER listened to me got them MRI and anti-inflammatory meds. well turned out I have a broken pelvic cup and not healing that was week 5. They treated my like and addict the whole time. Patients should never be treated like this and made it worse. I have all my documentation and drs names I might come back here and post them because they should be called out and made public stating with house dr and especially the Ortho doc. If the didnt judge me and dismiss me as addict maybe i could have had a different outcome. I did complain to Ombudsmen and all that letter said was they would get nursing staff better training what a joke go after drs instead nurses have to take the abuse

Basic ER. Update. 2nd time there was good. Doc and nurses were kind and thorough

My daughter had surgery here and the hospital staff and employees were amazing all 4 days.

The pizza in the cafeteria is the best. They should get DoorDash.
