If I could max out my credit card at a store, this would be it! My most favorite gift store I have ever stepped into! I was greeted with such kindness by the owner, Barbara! I cannot say enough great things about her! She spent so much time helping me pick out the most perfect items for my new home! If ever you need a gift for someone, this is the place to get it! Great everyday items as well as those specialty things you can't find anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

Love this store! It has the most beautiful and unique gifts, perfect for weddings or birthdays. Also they keep up with unique one of a kind holiday items! The staff is friendly and always eager to show new items that have arrived. I read some of these other comments and it saddened me. I have been to this store multiple times and never had any issues. Was always treated kindly and you could tell the owner Barb puts a lot of thought into the items she selects. She is friendly and my experience has been that she is always over the top excited to share the items she brings into the store. Anyhoo I just wanted to put in a review to say I am so glad this store is open during these tough times and that the staff there is working so hard. These small business are really going through it and I don't like to see some them take a hit and possibly have to shut down! I have never ever had a bad experience at this store.

I was actually ok till I got to the checkout. The woman behind the counter was actually scolding me for something I already bought. Was put off by her gruff tone.

I live in Columbus and recently went to Cleveland. I was told by some of my friends that I had to go to a fabulous store there. I did so and had a wonderful experience. Upon entering La Bella Vita, I was greeted within seconds by two very friendly women who work there. Knowing it was my first time there, they showed me around and educated me about the different lines of merchandise. I then met Barb, the owner, who proceeded to show me the Italian pieces and jewelry she had recently purchased on her trip to Italy. I loved the store, loved the merchandise as well as the employees and owner. I purchased two gifts which were wrapped beautifully and one was shipped out of state. I havent had so much fun shopping at a store in a very long time and will return there whenever I go to Cleveland.

Poor customer service! Purchased an item as a gift which arrived broken. I was contacted by the stores' owner who under the circumstances apologetically offered a refund which was not the stores' normal policy. I Packaged and returned the item and received a check minus $40. When I contacted the owner to question the difference I experienced a totally different conversation. Pete, the owner, was rude and continuously spoke over my questions, essentially saying I was being petty for arguing over "40 dollars"! He also emphasized that he had given a refund as a "courtesy". I could have purchased the very same item online and had it shipped with minimal hassle however I chose to patronize a locally owned business to help support that establishment. As a business owner myself, I have and will continue to resolve issues fairly especially when the party holding the issue is reasonable! It is unfortunate that this is obviously not the credo of this stores' ownership. Dear Barbara, In response to your response, please realize that you were not privy to the content of my conversation with Pete over the telephone hence, you should not be stating fallacies about the recipient's like or dislike for the item. The item was well liked by that party! I did not ask for a refund I was offered one. additionally, this is a platform for the consumer to express his/ her experience. I seldom take the time to post on Google but I felt the necessity to do so for this experience. Please keep your $40 and rest assured I will not be patronizing your store.
