Mr. Prince and the entire staff treat you like family from the moment you step into their building. My family and I have used their services 4 times over the last 6 years. They provide great care, service and beautiful funerals to send your loved one off in a respectful manner.

Top-tier funeral home! Mr. Prince and his son Wesley are two of the most caring, respectful, and compassionate men I have ever met. Every aspect of the service for my mother was flawless. The staff was timely, well-dressed, and attentive to my familys needs. The office manager, Mrs. Cole, was accommodating and informative throughout the process. Most importantly, my mother looked AMAZING! She looked so peaceful as she lay there, and I cannot explain how much that meant to my siblings and me. That memory is permanently embedded in my mind and truly brings me joy whenever I think about her. Rev. Princes son Wesley went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable in our grief. I feel comfortable knowing he will take over for his father, and my family will be in good hands moving forward. I recommend R.A. Prince Funeral Services anytime I get the chance and will continue to entrust my loved ones to them moving forward.

Only giving a 1 star because thats as low as I can rate it Our entire experience with RA Prince was a total disaster. Ill start from the beginning, our initial meeting with the owner R.A. was extremely unprofessional and he was little to no help. We met on a Monday, the day after my father passed away. He made a comment and asked one of my siblings why they looked like the had something to say in a demeanor that was uncalled for. We knew there was a life insurance policy but we did not know with who. He said lets have the finances figured out by Friday, you know, so theres no snags after receiving a quote that was thousands of dollars more than most funeral homes we left. That was on Monday. I received a phone call from R.A. not even 48 hours later asking about payment. Once we figured out the life insurance policy, we submitted all of our information. We wrote an entire obituary, RA Prince decided to take it upon themselves to edit and NEVER posted the obituary that my family wrote and submitted. The day of the viewing, they did not have any staff there to hand out the program or tissues. They had one person there who sat in the office the whole time on her phone acting like we were such an inconvenience, all the while their emergency exits were CHAINED SHUT. The day of my fathers funeral, they did have more staff with tissues, however, they had my immediate family walk out of the service then walk in like we were at a wedding in pairs, absolutely RIDICULOUS. The sound system didnt work properly so the music sounded like complete trash. Then they decided to close the casket at the end of the service with all of the guests still present. This place is an absolute joke. I wouldnt recommend sending a dog to this place let alone a loved one. Its obvious that the owner takes the money from the services and doesnt put any back in to the business the place is run down with mold in the kitchen, the staff aside from a few are extremely unprofessional. Do yourself, and family a favor and go somewhere else.
