Update- we finally contacted a local news reporter and she pursued this till we got it. The place has since gone under from what I hear and had treated others the same way we were. Waiting for a while, but I will say the office is very kind. Hope it works out.

Terrible business practices. Paid in cash for my mother's headstone over a year and a half ago. Still nothing but lies and pushing the blame off on other companies. Finally had to take legal action. Karen is some piece of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Paid for the order in full & was told it would take 30 days by Karen. After numerous lies, excuses,90 days and the inability to return phone calls. I asked for a refund. Even though I paid cash. I had to wait 3 days for a check to be issued because of her lack of funds. Because of all the wasted time dealing with Karen. Now my father has two wait for winter to end so that he can get a headstone placed at the cemetery. Please do not do business with Karen. If you don't feel as though after reading these reviews you are convinced of her devious business practice. Watch the numerous news segments of her scamming business ways.
