Angie Huffman is a star in customer service!!! She was tremendously helpful to me in straightening out my order of a blood pressure monitor! Working online, through a different Rite Aid, I had ordered, paid for, and had received a substantial discount for the monitor the doc had recommended. When we went to pick up the monitor, none were available. At the 117th Rite Aid, the correct monitor was available and Angie immediately offered to help! She patiently listened to my woeful story and made several phone calls to supervisors. Because of her persistence, she secured the authorization to transfer our payment and include the discount for our purchase!!! Thank you, Angie for treating us so kindly!!

Walked over at 915, signs and online say they open at 9am. Employee is inside sitting down. Another employee is outside waiting to get in but the doors are locked. Lady inside finally comes and unlocks the door, let's the employee in and tells me rudely that they don't open til ten and shuts the door in my face.
