The associates are friendly, fast and caring. The store is clean, bright and organized. They all do a great job and RiteAid has always been reasonably priced on prescriptions.

I do not know the 2 girls names who were working in the pharmacy last night (June 27th) around 9 but I just sincerely want to say thank you! My kid & I were at the urgent care for hours over him having pink eye. I got out right at 9pm & called them to ask if they could still fill it since it was so late. They were incredibly nice & had it ready within minutes. I know they normally do not accept orders for same day pick up past 9 so I greatly appreciate them still getting this done. Their kindness & helpfulness made a super stressful situation a lot less overwhelming. Just want to give a huge real thank you again.

It's a great place to shop. You have to go up n down the aisles, n u will find great deals!!!!!!!

Used their pharmacy for yrs until their whole pharmacy dept became chaotic, incompetent, screwed up rx's or took forever to fill an rx. Tried again 1x with 3 ppl working & they took rx then said they can't even give an estimate when it'd be done that was 3 hrs after dropping off. Bigger pharmacies like Marc's, Metro, Giant Eagle with 3 ppl working so much mire expedient. Corporate needs to investigate & re-train. #Never Again

Won't come back because of the rude pharmacist.
This used to be my go-to pharmacy, but then yesterday I had antibiotics sent here for my child who had a double ear infection, and they told me 30-60 minutes. Okay, no big deal. Well almost 2 hours go by and it's coming up on the time they close for lunch. So I go up there thinking it's gotta be done, or at least close. The pharmacist was so incredibly rude to me, rolling her eyes acting like I was such an inconvenience for asking her how long they needed then, since they told me a half hour to an hour, two hours ago and now she's telling me it won't even be soon after their lunch. I waited until 3 hours after their lunch (so now 6 hours after they had told me 30-60 minutes) to just have his doctor transfer the prescription to CVS instead. I could deal with the wait, it's the unnecessary attitude I couldn't deal with.
