The representatives at the Downtown Cleveland/Superior Ave. location customer service is terrible. Theyre not friendly at all and they tried to pressure me to take a vehicle with front-end damagenot scratches but a vehicle that had obviously been in a collision

I recently had a negative experience with Budget Car Rental on Superior Avenue in Cleveland Ohio. I'd like to stress it was not the Budget agents at the location. The agents there were very professional and nice. My problem was with a Budget car rental policy. I called customer support BEFORE I returned my car to make sure I had no problems. The customer service rep told me I would have no issue. When I returned the car, I had a problem. The agent at the counter could not do what I was told could be done by the customer service rep over the phone. Again, the agent was very nice. When I received a survey to complete about my experience with Budget, I explained the issue I encountered. The very next day I received a response from Jeremy Jernejcic, Budget, Territory Performance Manager. He quickly resolved my problem to my satisfaction. Now that's customer service!
