The manager Robert was very nice. I asked him thoroughly about starting a secured credit card. He answered all my questions confidently. I even asked him twice in case he forgot to tell me anything about any hidden fees etc. He told me a credit check was not needed if it's a secured credit card (naturally). Some days later I came back and signed for a secured credit card, signed all the papers, I asked Patricia, the one opening the account all the same questions and she answered the same way, only telling me it would be a soft credit check that would not put any negative points on my credit. So 3 weeks after I had been waiting on the SECURED card I get a denial letter for the secured card. They lied. Led me on. I will be closing my accounts as soon as our first snow melts down. And I know there will be surprises that they didn't tell me about. I gave them my money for nothing.

The manager in this location is so good and professional
he always treat me with kindness, and take care of all my requests. he is very knowledgeable about his job and knows exactly what he is doing.

OOhh I really really like these guys the tellers are kind and professional and know their products .The lines usually aren't long because they keep it moving but you down feel rushed.They've had manager changes but the young Ladies hold it down.
