        I dont know where this lady came from at the drive thru she is definitely not nice and seems annoyed when she is at the window , her attitude sucks they have a very pleasant white guy guess hes gone this is a ghetto KeyBank definitely will be changing banks, her name is whiteDi she is very sarcastic as well I will be reporting her to Cooperate for sure .

        It was not good at all employees were rude giving much attitude towards me and were not on the same page, probably had a bad night going to use another brach for inside transactions
