I purchased a butter ring. Was 9 dollars. Kind of pricey but Michael's bakery is worth it. The clerk at the counter did not seem to interested in what I wanted or in taking care of any customer. She took a loosely assembled box and put my merchandise into it. The box was not well assembled and the top did not exactly fit properly. Then the box was put into a plastic bag. When I went to take the bag out of the back seat the sloppy unsealed box slipped out of the bag and the butter ring fell out into a puddle of water in my drive. 9 dollars gone because your clerk was two lazy and stupid to properly seal the box with a pennies worth of tape.
