Residences at 55

I've resided in five different apartments previously and have never felt compelled to leave a review, as none seemed particularly noteworthy. However, after living at 55 for over a year and a half, I am compelled to share that it surpasses all others I've experienced. The complex is consistently clean, and the staffspanning leasing, cleaning, and maintenanceare unparalleled in their professionalism and warmth. My apartment offers ample space, proving to be a good value for the price. As a Cleveland transplant, this apartment has significantly enhanced my experience in the city. I am hopeful that the high standards here will continue to be maintained.

Moved in October & Im giving the property a 3/5 as of today because the winter here has been brutal when it comes to my apartment staying warm I have to have the heat on 78+ to stay warm I think the insulation is very poor never had this experience in other apartments downtown & I even had more windows I dont have a high rise thats surrounded by windows so its very frustrating to have a cold apartment all the time especially since you have to pay hvac + electric so bill may be higher during the colder months & my bed room is always way warmer than my living area so I have to keep the heat off & on throughout the night had a few ppl stay with my to see if its just me but everyone agreed that its colder in my living area & warmer in my room besides that the building is beautiful I dont hear too much outside noise the workout area has new equipment tvs etc. Maintenance has been very speedy if I ever needed something! RITA IS THE BEST SHES AWESOME literally very kind very personable & she handles things quickly & honestlyshe was such a great help to me with my transition, Fahrenheit is connected to the building theres a entrance door on the second floor but its always locked asked a few of the employees at the restaurant when the doors are accessible and nobody truly knows it would be convenient in the winter especially thought it was a cool perk when I first moved but its never open Ive checked at different times of the day several times & only got lucky once the months since Ive been here ummm what else ? I love the apps the apartment provides its very updated the front desk & security have been very helpful as well its always someone at the front, parking is expensive which is abm its always clean but the elevator have been down often maybe 10 times in the past 4 months Ive been here ill come back in the spring & see if I cab change my rating to better one UPDATE: 2/22/24 my vents were fixed in a timely manner and I am no longer experiencing a shift in heat the staff fixed it and I am grateful for that & how fast it was done also Rita checked on the matter several times to make sure everything is okay so my review has definitely changed
