My experience is very complicated. There is a few flaws as most places do.
Nothing to express with great concerns, except for emergency contact number. If any concerns call the next day for they do not respond after business hours
So far it's a beautiful place to live

Reading about Cornerstone apartments on Euclid and then Reading the BBB Complaints. I am afraid to live here.I think I am going to stop While I'm ahead. They are not Professional and they do not respond to their residents nor their potential residents.

5115 The rising Owned By the N.R.P Group considered partially income based. Does this mean there are only a few units available for subsidies?
There is an income requirement? as well as am Income Limit
upon researching google;
The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is a tax incentive program designed to increase the supply of quality, affordable rental housing by helping developers offset the costs of rental housing developments for individuals with low- to moderate-income.
Will the additional construction that is coming soon include a park for children to play. or townhomes for the Disabled community to have easier access?
I will love to see how things turn out in the next 6 months to 2 years.

When the Complex was built was the idea for renewable energy considered such as Sun Panels.
Ratings are important from actual Residents
