I wish I could rate negative stars! The rooms are disgusting and everything is broken. The staff is as rude beyond your imagination! Would not stay here ever again!!!

In my 62 years, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked on line and if it were not for the no refund police, I would not have stayed. The couch looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. The faucet fell apart when you touched it. The floor felt spongy and had cracks in it. It was dirty. There was no phone in the room.
Rooms: This place should be condemmed. I wish I could post photos.
Safety: I wouldn't go out at night

nasty, cant walk around room in socks or theyll turn black, holes in blankets and it stinks, there was a hole in the bathroom floor by the tub and there was roaches

My fianc and I decided to stay ONE night. Charged $86 which was fine. It was a couple night for him and I and we could stay close to the kids. The room wasnt too bad but the next morning the manager knocked at 10:12am as Im still in bed, fianc opens the door and manager asks if we are about to leave. Check out is at 11am. So my fianc said that and wed be leaving around then. I get up, get ready and cleaning up. The man knocks again, its 10:43. Well my fianc slammed the door in his face because we were cleaning up about to leave. Well, the charges didnt hit his account until Monday. $86, okay cool. Well 3 minutes later a second charge from Rodeway Inn hits for $212. He seen it Friday, called said manager would handle it.
Manager claims no other charge was placed after telling us to go get the bank statement and showing him. And theres nothing he can do but to have us call the bank. Well, another lady along with 2 officers pulled in and she was having a very similar issue but with $900+ that SHE did not verify. Plus trying to charge her another $700+.
Highly do NOT recommend unless you want highway robbery.
Rooms: Not horrible but felt small for the price for one night.
Noteworthy details: Highway robbery at its finest! Also, Employees randomly walk into rooms.
