FRONT DESK STAFF WAS LOVELY. OTHER THAN THAT A BIG ZERO-NO HOT WATER AT ALL JUST LUKE WARM. PROBABLY SAVES ON OWNERS POWER BILL. WE DIDNT GET ONE WINK OF SLEEP BECAUSE THE MATRESSES ARW SO CHEAP AND LIKE SLEEPING ON A WOODEN BOX.TILE FLOORS WERE SO GRIMY DIRTY. NO HOT WATER. OWNER IS TOO CHEAP TO HAVE A CONDITIONER DISPENSER ALONG WITH THE SHAMPOO. BED AND SHOWER WAS COVERED IN HAIRS. I HAD TO GET CLOROX WIPES AND CLEAN ENTIRE ROOM AT MIDNIGHT ALONG WITH WIPING DOWN THE SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES AND HEADBOARDS. HAND PRINTS AND SUSPICIOUS SUBSTANCES ON HEADBOARDS. FOR SUCH A NEW AND NICE PROPERTY IT WILL GO TO POT VERY FAST BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HOUSEKEEPING.

Perfect stay. Everything was perfectly clean. The room smelled nice, and the HVAC worked great. Updating after coming back the next year, and this hotel is still great

Inside scoop, I work here.. hope u like ur sheets slept in, housekeepers have 20 rooms to clean a day, so some dont change the sheets to save time. And I work in laundry with an illegal immigrant who runs loads of towels on rinse and spin, so its faster but no soap goes in (just getting a hot water bath). No one cleans the pool because there is no maintenance, and they failed the health inspection 3/3/24 because they use pesticides in the kitchen while making food.. also if u want yogurt or cream cheese, it sits out room temperature from 6am to 11am and reused the next day, hope u like food poisoning. Edit- so adorable that the employer made a response after trying to threaten me with the cops if I dont take down my negative review. I quit shortly after posting this and she just sent a message today. Shes trying to make me look bad because she couldnt silence me. Its gross here. Worst hotel stay ever! First, we checked in and were told because they dont want locals staying at their hotel they have added a $250 extra deposit for anyone who lives within 100 miles of the hotel!!! Then we get to our room, the lamp doesnt work, the tv doesnt work. There is nasty red goo on the bathroom door frame. We called the front desk and she tried to fix the tv by putting new batteries in the remote. That didnt work so we were told she would bring us a new remote but never came back. We called the front desk again and were told there is nothing she can do and we would have to wait until 8am to get the tv fixed. We are only here for 1 night, they know this! So she told us to try calling Hilton. All Hilton did was tell us to talk to the front desk. So at this point theyre just sending us back and forth between the hotel and the company. We paid $150 for 1 night of hell. The girl at the desk keeps saying she has no authority but can offer us a box of chocolate. Then says she is trying to contact her boss because , again, she isnt allowed to do anything to help fix the situation. Her manager is not responding to her. Terrible customer service! Locals not welcome! This may be the very last time we stay in a Hilton and will definitely be the last time we ever stay at this location. Absolute disgrace to the company name. Noteworthy details: Worst customer service ever!
