        I love this urgent care. I have a GP at UC Health but this is much faster and more convenient. They're pleasant and fast!

        This place was no help at all. There is no provider on site. They connect you to someone via telehealth, which I can do from home without having to deal with their sketchy parking lot and the terrible location to get in and out of. Plus, some issues need someone on site.

        I dont know how this place has any good reviews at all. Receptionist? Rude. So rude. And for what? Sorry you dont like your job. But maybe dont take it out on your customers or you wont have anyone to find your paycheck. Also they basically only do Telehealth visits. So dont go if you need to be seen by an actual person.
