        The Dudes at the Fields Ertel location got me in and out in record time with a nail puncture. Technician Matt not only did the professional job quick and efficiently but also with a great service level and sense of humor. Deven took care of the paperwork during my brief visit. Chip Wood can be proud of this customer experience every day from his team of professionals

        I called Matt @ 10am on a Saturday after calling AAA on a flat tire, it was time for new tires. I went over the tires I bought in Nov 2019 and they had the Nexum in stock, best tires! I said I should be there by 1230, I was there at 1145 with AAA, I waited an hour and I was out the door. I always have friendly and courteous service. No hidden cost, everything explained. A happy customer. All staff is professional. Love the location.

        Purchased 4 new tires last year with Tire Discounters' roadside hazard warranty. My left rear tire developed a bead leak Saturday night while I was DoorDashing (my only job). Brought my car in first thing Monday to get the bead leak fixed, and they said it wasn't reparable because I had "already driven too much on it" before I noticed it. They told me I needed to purchase 4(?!) new tires instead of one, because...(?). Because, I guess. Couldn't give me a cogent answer. Told me they also couldn't sell me just one replacement tire unless I purchased the roadside hazard warranty on it. I didn't have the money to do all that, and I don't think I should have to, either, because it should be covered. Ended up having to put the donut on and leave the store empty-handed. Their warranty wasn't honored, and not only am I out the cost of a new tire, I'm out the $113 I paid for the roadside hazard warranty last year. Won't be trading with Tire Discounters again. Think carefully before you do. Shady company.
