Highly recommend Highlift.. from the time I walked in the door they were truly professional and focused on the customer at hand . They explain things that some women wouldnt typically understand about the lift and wheels as best as they could . Only took a week (5 days) for my lift and wheels. My 5th wheel for my Jeep happened to get scratched upon delivery and they ordered another one asap and was apologetic about it. I love this place and everyone who worksnin it lol 2 guys at the front desk are awesome .!!!!!

This place is great - from the care they show for their customers to the expeditions they plan and guide. Wonderful shop, conveniently located in Cincinnati. Thanks Mike and crew! You all rock!
3/14/2022 - Updating: Trevor is a gem and working with him has showed me what it is like to deal with an honest person. Matt is a wizard with vehicles, even dealing with my husband's mustang for a random exhaust install. I trust this team and am so glad to have found them. Tonight, I got bad news about an ancient Jeep that I love but isn't in good shape. They were kind and didn't try to talk me into fixing her, just to make a buck. Instead, I got honest feedback on what is safe for my family. Thank you Highlift - you have a customer for life.

Mike Bailey and the crew at Highlift Offroad are top notch. Their workmanship and knowledge far surpasses any shop in the area. From mild to wild these guys have handled it all. Kudos to Highlift.
