Working with Molly was the quickest and easiest home sale we've ever done! She was incredibly professional, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent insights and most importantly ... took care everything - photos/videos, hired contractors to fix an issue, staged it ... everything! All we had to do was show up and sign - exactly what we wanted... fast and painless! She was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend her to anyone/everyone AND will use her again for any other sales and purchases we make. Definitely give her a call!

Team Thoms was amazing and we would definitely recommend them for any home buyers and especially first time home buyers(just like us!) as they were communicative, patient, and knowledgeable during each step of the home buying process. They asked us exactly what kind of home we would like so that they could narrow down the home searches just for us and that was how we found a lot of homes that we placed offers for. They were extremely patient with us and gave us all the information we asked for during viewings. Apart from that, we placed down exactly 4 home offers before we closed and they always wrote it up in a timely manner to ensure we met the deadlines. We really appreciated that. We will be working with them in the future for any other house needs!
