This is the best Jos A Bank location Ive ever been to and Char was as professional as you could possibly imagine. If you are looking for an item that they carry do yourself a favor and go to their location at Kenwood shopping center.

Had two of the worst retail experiences I've ever encountered in this store. Neither time were they particularly busy. When spending hundreds of dollars on a suit, I would expect at least basic amount of service. I was ignored the entire time I was in the store and any requests for assistance were met with a sigh and a look of disgust.
Unfortunately for me, I liked the suit and decided to buy it. Took about 15 minutes to check out (the first 5 of which was me standing at the register waiting). The associate struggled to record my name, phone number, and email address likely due to the headphone in one ear the entire time. They also tried to charge me for shipping an out of stock item to the store (not a special order).
I notified Jos A Bank of my experiences, and the store manager called me assuring me they would be better and offered to apply a slight discount to my purchase. This was never applied.
When returning to the store to get my pants I again waited at the register for a solid 10 minutes before being helped. The associates then had to make multiple trips back looking for my item.
I will not be shopping here again and telling my friends/family the same.
