I dont know they dont respect ppls time.. why do we have to wait for an hour and a half for an appointment??? Its simply disrespectful and not worth it !

There is absolutely no reason for having a 9:50 am appointment and leaving 1:00 pm. This is poor scheduling or greed or both. You simply don't treat the elderly that way
