        Has everything you would want from an ES. We messed up the payment on our end, but Stephen was kind and helpful in dealing with the issues. So thankful we chose THIS place to stay! Noteworthy details: Sublime customer service.

        Terrible I will never come here again!! Booked a room at 1030pm checked In at 3am and it took a hour to get a room!! Terrible terrible service! Super incompetent!! No stars review!! Im still waiting on a room as I write this

        Everything was of adequate quality. The sheets werent Best Western quality, but they were just fine. The towels were a tad rough but they got the job done. Shampoo and soap cleaned very well. The room was in good condition and nothing felt particle-board cheap. It was a very nice inexpensive stay. Nothing was disappointing, and that means a lot. Walkability: While nothing is right across the street, there is a Wendys and a sub place within a half mile and several other restaurants within a mile. No grocery store. I was there without transportation for a week since I was there while my semi was being repaired, and I got by with walking. Its not a location where you feel spoiled with luxury in choices, but its also not in the middle of nowhere where you feel cut off.

        The room is very spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. I love the fan above the stove, and i love being able to cook meals again for me and my husband. The fridge has a lot of space, and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. My husband and i's favorite part is the quiet time. We need it as quiet and as dark as possible to get the best sleep possible, especially with my husband having insomnia. Thank you so much ESA Blue Ash Reed Hartman!! Rooms: Spacious, clean, warm, comfortable furniture, appliances. Nearby activities: Restaurants, stores, a lot of fun options. Safety: very very safe place. Monitored by cameras, and they'd call 911 if need be. Food & drinks: A lot of restaurant options within a close proximity to this location.
