Room was disgusting, moldy, and smelled horrendous. I understand you get what you pay for but at that point I considered just sleeping in my vehicle

Great staff, clean rooms with brand new amenities, fresh coffee and pastries every morning, front office ladies and gents are friendly and smiling, the maintenance man .. well he is career oriented with a eye for detail and definitely goes above and beyond for his employer, he's always smiling and will help anyone he can. He's a really great man, if your looking for a quality hotel WITH even better pricing, I say give this location a try! THEY ONLY TAKE CREDIT CARDS .

I arrived on Saturday evening. I travel with a service dog. I provided all her paperwork, then was questioned about my disability! I was issued a third floor room that was beyond unsanitary. I walked into the room to find, food, dirt all over the floor , unmade bed and dirty dishes, and a dirty rag on the floor. We immediately called the lobby. We were told there was nothing they could do, and Id have to wait until Monday to talk to the manager. On the way back to the lobby we walked down one hallway that reeked of urine. I called Monday morning, explained the situation we encountered. I also emailed him videos of the room. The manager refunded my fee. He didnt seem surprised. However he did apologize.
