        By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. They mislead me about the price, mislead me about the financing. When the machine was delivered, that was it, no instructions, no training, I had to beg for an operator manual just so I could understand its features. When it came time for preventive maintenance I was completely on my own. I love the Takeuchi equipment, but the service here was the worst.
