Responsive customer service! Emailed them to let them know my racquet had arrived with a chip in it and mentioned I was traveling to Cincinnati for vacation. They called me about 5 minutes later and had a new racquet waiting for me when I arrived. Great deal on demo racquets, many which look unused in store.

Ordered several racquets online. The "demo program" was in no way apparent to me when ordering. And so after trying the racquets and then returning them, I was not given a refund because they were "used." My fault for not fully understanding the return policy. But also, do a better job of advertising the demo program so that others do not end up wasting several hundred dollars as I did. The store credit you issued me will be given away because I am no longer a customer.
