        Improvements in customer service are needed at this store. It's important for shoppers to feel comfortable asking for assistance without feeling like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions, I've requested items in stock at this location, only to be met with uncertainty and unhelpfulness. There have been instances where the CS team seemed more focused on finishing their personal conversations than attending to customers waiting in line, some of which were not suitable for a work environment. It's essential to maintain professionalism and prioritize customer needs. While I understand every workplace faces challenges, it's crucial to take pride in one's job and hone customer service skills. Overall, the lack of courtesy is disappointing.

        Really poor customer service. It felt like staff were annoyed by questions and provided very little assistance or direction while looking for parts for a zipper repair.
