Store is great. Was having issues with their website, someone reached out to me and actually got their IT team on it. Now everything works, very happy with the immediate help. They are on top of their game.

I am currently having a problem getting a faulty item replaced from the Kenwood location. I've been waiting for almost a year and every time I go in, they promise to reorder my item and call me when it gets in but I never receive a call. I've gone in probably 5 times and they always know exactly what I'm talking about and promise to order a new one and call me when it arrives. it seems like the item is never ordered. Other than that, I've never had any problems shopping there and love to buy all my maternals for projects there.
