I went to Remke market yesterday to buy a birthday cake for my daughter. She likes chocolate cake, so I picked the cake that said chocolate cake on the box. Imagine my surprise when I cut into the cake and it was yellow. This was upsetting for my daughter on her 20th birthday. I have pictures of the box and cake. I paid $35 for a cake that was marked wrong.

I just want to know why they changed their icing recipe. I use to make weekly trips just for the unique taste. Noticed it 7 years ago its not the same. Please go back to the old recipe.

Ordered cupcake for my daughter's birthday and they were stale, hard, taste like cornbread we left them for top golf venue to throw away, the design was wrong as well. They did not make a cupcake cake instead they lined up stale cupcakes on top of something brown stuff running on board for two numbers it looked so yucky; but when you have an event you want your goods, you know that they can't make it right at the last min. The cake itself should be fresh no matter if the design is wrong....so disappointed with the fact that the cupcakes were not fresh. Terrible service..I just call Buskins to make complaints. Spoke with a member of the Dream Team she apologized and they are sending me a refund(gift card) in mail ...says the cake may have been mixed wrong, ect.
