Panera Bread

Not sure who runs this place or if theres any sort of supervision. Got my food and shortly after someone else walked in and waited in line for over 5 minutes, meanwhile everyone working was in the back screaming and laughing to the point the man had to walk back behind the counter to the kitchen and yell back if anyone was going to take his order. It then took them another 5 minutes to come back to front to help the poor guy. Food was overpriced for what it is and Ive never seen a more dirty location.

I love Panera so I hate giving such a bad review, but, I was so disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this location. I understand good help is hard to come by right now but waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter is a bit excessive. My latte was good so no worries there. However walking to the back if the store to use the restroom I was disgusted by the filthy floors were. There was garbage all over the floors next to the drinks as well as the bathroom being gross. The paper towels were on top of the dispenser instead of actually being inside of it. Overall I was very disappointed and embarrassed that I had a client meet me here. I expect better from Panera.

I love this Panera! Everyone is so nice and helpful. My favorite drink is the blueberry peach almond milk smoothie. Highly recommend. The place is always clean and speedy. Plenty of room to park.

I got steal cut oats with strawberries cinnamon sugar and pecans.....it was very good. Hubby got the cinnamon crunch beggle with cream cheese toasted. He like it we got a couple of large coffees
