Residences at DeSales Plaza

Wonderful, unique residences here with covered parking and an elevator, in the middle of this vibrant neighborhood. The place is well taken care of and clean, and they are large, comfortable apartments. Most of these places have beautiful views of the neighborhood. Maintenance staff is friendly and kind and best that si have ever experienced at any place that I have rented. The building owner is extremely responsive and active in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood. You are surrounded by great restaurants (Mochiko,Solstice, Hello Honey, HeyDay Hamburger, and wine bar (Symposium), and all the great bars along Woodburn. Great views, great neighbors, covered parking, elevator. Both the office and maintenance staff are a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience living here! The front off staff and maintenance crew are so very friendly, helpful and did a great job making you feel apart of the community!! The maintenance crew are very friendly, and respond to requests quickly! I have never had such a wonderful experience in an apartment! Location is great too!
