Usually really dont mind coming here. I have caresource & get glasses through them at no cost. The pair I ordered wasnt wide enough to fit my face. They were much shorter than my other pairs. I had to make an appointment just to go back & all they did was bend the sides that go around your ear. Obviously that didnt help the fact my glasses didnt fit my face. I call & have to make another appointment to come back in, only to be told they cant bend the sides anymore. I tell them that isnt the problem, that they literally arent wide enough to fit my head. They basically just told me sorry! Nobody offered to fix the problem or get a different pair. But you can guarantee if I didnt have government insurance & wouldve paid hundreds of dollars for them, that I wouldve actually been provided with solutions. Now I have a pair of useless glasses just sitting around, & have to wait another 2 years until my insurance will buy another pair.

They ordered the wrong frames so I had to pay more for there mistake !!! No one knows where those frames came from so the new ones cost $159.0 more .....they come in now it's $260.0 more but my original bill says paid in full !!!! Who wants to go into a class action law suit !!!!! They billed both of my insurances and I paid $180.0 and I still owe $260.So that will be $440.0 out of pocket with 2 insurances could have gone to Walmart for just what I paid out of pocket !!! I still don't have glasses !!!! Stay away from this place !!!

Paid hundreds in a deposit and it took 2 hours. Waited 3 hours for the fitting, i was told they misplaced my record. Tried the glasses on and the prescription was wrong. Told them I wanted a refund and they said no. But they would be willing to try again. Told them I'd rather they keep it (which they did) and now I have to pay $700 to get glasses without insurance paying any. Simply, I was so mad id rather lose the money than deal with them further.
