The ophthalmologist I saw was really pleasant. His staff were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area was pleasant. Now to the reason for my 1-star. I contacted my insurance company after speaking with a helpful staff member regarding the implants the insurance would pay for. I have some questions that I would like answered and have called the office to get the responses. I initially left a message with the billing department- thinking maybe he was in that area. However, he did not call me back. Roughly a week and a half later I called again and got sent to voice-mail. Left a message. Still no call back. Have gone through Facebook messenger, automated message giving a phone number to call. However, upon calling it, automated message plays telling the caller to have a credit card ready so that they can charge you $1.99 to get a voucher/coupon, good for $100, at retailers such as Walmart, Target, etc. No option to get a living, breathing, blood-pumping human being. Totally unacceptable.

Absolutely nasty. Dust and dirt everywhere. Went to the bathroom. Trash over flowing, pee on the toilet seat, poop on the back of the toilet where the toilet paper sits. Better off peeing outside.

I was referred to this place by Pearl vision to have cataract removed The staff was very kind but after cataract removal was a nightmare I had good vision when i went in and now its 20/100 and i have to have it corrected by another eye doctor After the dr, at eye specialist checked my vision his comment was OH I MISSED THAT CORRECTION when do you want to get the left eye done and walked out Well with that attitude i called pearl vision and my eye dr. there checked my vision and could not believe what they did so he referred me to columbus at Arena Eye Surgeons so now hopefully they can fix this terrible procedure

Multiple complications (they call them symptoms)after listening to the usual sales pitch baloney. Ectasia is the worst of these. Prescription still drifting. No corneal transplant as of yet. Drifting prescription, induced astigmatism, cataracts within a year, binocularity issues, vertigo, nausea, severe dry eye, vitrious detachment (floaters) I could go on. Completely disabled since 2004. Performed in Centerville, lasik plus. Would not see me again and ran me out of the office after my hospital stay for vertigo 2 days following lasik. Never had vertigo in my life and it's permanent. Had an appointment with Matthew Sharp and got Anand Ramachandran.
