        Customer service is 100/10!! Neil was absolutely awesome and helpful to me and my daughter whove been traveling 14 hrs. Gave me a great discount. && made me feel safe! Which is priceless in my book!! But, you get what you pay for. Take your own towels and rags. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathtub not so much. Just needs some TLC. Hope this helps

        I was glad they were there! Went to pick up a unit on a staging lot, but it was closed. Unforeseen things happen. Had no issues obtaining a room and the desk attendant provided a room close so that I didn't have to walk across the frozen landscape. Thank you sir!
