Initially, we were only going to stay 1 night, but in the morning, my husband experienced severe vertigo so we had to extend our stay. The managers were very accommodating and helpful. They rearranged the reservations allowing us to stay in the same room so my husband would not have to move. Then the following morning, when my husband's vertigo had not improved, they accommodated us by switching us to a room next door with a walk in shower, vs the tub shower we had so my husband didn't have to step over the tub. The whole time, we were treated with consideration and kindness and an attitude of "how can we help." Never once did I feel like we were a bother. Just wanted to say that the managers (one of them is Amanda) and housekeeping (Tammy and another young lady) were exemplary employees and instrumental in helping us when we most needed it- hundreds of miles from home. World class customer service in a small town way. Thank you. Rooms: Clean, but needing some upgrades. No USB ports for recharging electronics. If you didn't bring a wall plug, that could be very inconvenient. The beds felt "lumpy" and not the most comfortable. No hotel bathroom will ever be clean enough for me, but this one was on the cleaner side and not so much anxiety provoking. Noteworthy details: Great customer service. I feel like if you didn't have a wall plug, one of the staff would've lent you theirs!

The beds are absolutely horrible! Our room is 2 double beds, sharing a room with our 7 year old. The head of the beds lean towards the wall/headboard, so we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. Our backs are killing us, and not much sleep due to not being comfy at all! I'm hearing the king room bed is better but need a couch sleeper for our little, which they don't have.

Not sure what's going on but constant noise of people of people opening and closing doors (loudly) all night long every night. Breakfast simple premade items. Rooms: Clean. Nearby activities: Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Walkability: Very Food & drinks: Breakfast at hotel simple premade items.
