This repair center is full of incompetent staff. Not a single person has any common sense. My car remained with these fools for 3 months. I ALWAYS had to call to receive updates on the status of my car. I was always told that it would be done within a week. However they would then find something else that needs to be fixed. 6 weeks in a row I just received excuses. I was then told my car was finished, but then they changed their tune and told me that they were waiting on a back ordered piece. After waiting for 6 more weeks I realized the place I staffed by idiots. I made ONE phone call to another repair place and immediately found that part that had been on back order for months. These fools didnt want to pay for shipping so I had to RENT A CAR AND DRIVE 4 HOURS to get the part that was supposedly on back order. They also are scammers. They kept calling me asking me to pay them directly and threatening to keep my car until they got paid. However all payments were through my insurance and they should have NEVER asked me to pay them separately from the insurance. In summary: theyre incompetent, not communicative, disrespectful, unprofessional, and potentially scammers. Everyone here should be fired honestly and removed from any professional workplace. You truly suck
