Dash lights left on after an accident. Took it to the Honda dealership to fix, and they advised me to reopen the claim. Lack of communication with my wife. They seemed busy and said there hand's are tied. Thank you for your service. Hope it's better for others but wouldn't recommend my family to go there.

Driving in a high wind storm, a trash can blew out in front of my Honda on a highway and I hit it head on causing a moderate amount of damage to my front end. My insurance recommended Monroes in Chillicothe for the repairs, so thats why I chose. They done an excellent job with time and quality and even cleaned my car afterwards. The car looked like it did when I purchased it new from the dealership. I had to return it due to issues I noticed afterwards and they took care of it willfully and without problems. They were very friendly and professional and took care of me better than I expected. Their communication was just as good too. I highly recommend Monroes for your repairs and insurance claims.
