Michael and Tera were fantastic to work with. They helped us decide on what repairs/updates were necessary to sell our home successfully. Once all the work was complete they took care of hiring cleaners to make sure the house was pristine. They staged the house beautifully as well. Their clear knowledge of the market and our neighborhood helped us to list the house at a price that was both profitable for us and attractive to prospective buyers. We listed the house, had 7 showings and 3 offers, and were under contract in 3 days! We closed in 21 days, and the whole process was handled beautifully. Worked with Mike and Tara for three months searching for new home and then another week to sell old home.
