We recently worked with Brad and Stephanie Hayes on the sale of our house and it could not have gone more smoothly. We interviewed 3 realtors and they were the only group who not only provided immediate feedback on our home but also offered help hiring anyone we needed to complete work to get the house ready to sell. They had quick and reliable contractors, painters, an HVAC company, and concrete workers that were able to help us prepare. Communication was also key for us as we had never sold before and they talked us through the whole process and explained everything. We had a great experience with them and would use them again any time!

I just bought my first house using Hayes Realty and had a great experience doing so. I had the privilege of working with the owner himself and he made the whole process incredibly easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately, they walked me through everything I needed to do and even connected me with lenders and insurance providers upon request. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Highly recommend!

I know its a sellers market right now however when did unprofessionalism begin trending? The market is frustrating enough for buyers without having to rely on the listing agent (Brenda) respond or in my case not respond to an offer. Im not a realtor so I dont know if they have to, however I do know unprofessional behavior does impact businesses and reputations.
