Firsthand send ladys to your door offering help like taking you to doctor visit.. It through United Healthcare. The girl came a few times but we can not get a hold of her now. Well after a few calls we found her . I think this is a great service and for my sister a answer from God. But the thing is they need better communication between them and the people there helping. If you do not hear from your person helping you call the office because they don't always know if your helper don't show up. We would be blessed to have these helpers to help out elderly or the mentaly ill persons because there children have busy lives so it leaves there parents home and lone a lot with no help for doctors appointments or picking up medications.
