CommQuest Services Cleveland Ave. Outpatient

The nurse practitioner started with asking if I knew someone workering there. Which I don't and was really weird feeling with a first meeting. She then complained that I got in so fast a month and a half wait. She diagnosed me with bipolar after 20 mins with asking if I have ever been reckless. I tried telling her I don't have bipolar I've tried the meds before. I've tried every med a regular doctor could prescribe. I was then told until I get a adhd test positive she can't give me anything new. Been trying for years it ain't easy for a lady.

Haven't heard anything from human resources (was supposed to hear something back before November..called, left a message, nothing..not surprised!) the front desk lady is rude and so is the manager. So much for caring about people's mental health. 0/10 would recommend this place.

The doctors do not care about their patients. They should not have people's lives in thier hands...... theyll let you die and not care .horrible place, would not recommend save yourself or a loved one and go elsewhere
