My fiance came here today, she is in nursing school and needed a titer drawn for hep B. She is also employed by Aultman Hospital and works in the CCU. The care given here is beyond unacceptable. Because she showed up at 4:30 as the last patient, she was greeted with poor attitudes by the front desk associates. They do not smile, do not welcome and are not warm. They have their purses packed and ready to go for the day long before it is time. She was taken back immediately for her blood draw in which the long dark hair LPN used a larger than necessary gauge needle to draw blood with what looked like a skill level worse than a students. (my fiance would know since she is one) She did not hit the vein, shoved it in deeper and dug around for a solid minute. My fiance is 6 months pregnant and struggles with nausea already. When she finally pulled it out, instead of moving to the other arm, she chose to go for the wrist. She hit the very prominent vein and as the blood came flowing the blood collection tube was dislodged and the blood spewed everywhere. This woman should not be drawing anyones blood. And none of the employees should remain in the healthcare field if they find the jobs they're paid to do so miserable. I am disappointed that Aultman would have such employees caring for their fellow and future healthcare workers. I will update with pictures of her arm tomorrow as she was in pain immediately after leaving and it will 100% show the damage tomorrow. Please avoid this practice until they hire reputable staff that care genuinely about patients rather than leaving in a rush.

Was told I needed to make an appointment for a physical so I made my appointment for 9:45 but when I got there I still hadnt been taken back after an hour so when I asked the front desk lady why I still hadnt been taken back she was very rude and said every time you come expect to be here an hour or two despite having an appointment or not and proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Very unprofessional, next time Ill go to statcare and pay the extra 15 dollars.

I went in at 830am as soon as they opened up,signed in and was taken back for a drug screen and alcohol test. I was back home by 915. Fast ,friendly staff.

Scheduled 11:30 behind several customers for a drug test, waited maybe 5min at most. The staff and doctor were very nice and everthing was done as fast as possible.

Don't know why the reviews are so bad. Maybe I just got nice workers orrrr 2 sides to every story . Didn't wait long. My blood draw went great. I feel like I had a very positive experience. Also, going later in the day probably helped :)
