If only ALL of the assistance was as respectful, kind, and dedicated to helping people and competent like Dr Mun is I would have gave this place 5 stars. Some of them can be really great. But others I believe are stuck in their high school phase who work here. Its honestly embarrassing! And definitely not my first time experiencing this through the only other facilities my insurance will cover at this time for me and my child. Its why I had to switch dentist offices in the past. Im not looking forward to switching again. It would just be nice if people could change their mindsets for the better of humanity and just learn how to stop being disrespectful, judgemental, and showing complete incompetence they perform so well on people who come to them for care. Also, I have seen people complaining about the same problems I been having with the phones. Nobody hardly answers. And nobody calls back.

You can call and call and call and get a voice-mail they wait days to return your calls I had to physically go in and make a apt! And the "providers" act like they don't know there patients it's absurd!

Worst medical facility on earth. Im in Hospital with heart issues and my electric was turned off. All they had to do was fax back to A.E.P the medical certificate. I cant be released from Hospital until my electric is back on. Thats okay because its all being documented. They havent responded and lied saying they havent received it. I was on phone with AEP as it said sent. Im a senior citizen and this is atrocious on the part of Lifecare
