Hudec Dental is an amazing office to receive your orthodontic care! My daughter has been a patient for 1 month and already has started her treatment. They have a relaxed, professional, and friendly environment. I can not wait to see the end result to my daughter's already beautiful smile

I am a patient there and have been on the wait list for an appointment since July of 2022. We are now a couple weeks away from 2024. I call once every few months to check on the status of the wait list and make sure to tell the receptionist that my pain is getting increasingly worse. I am treated like I am a huge inconvenience/annoyance every time I call to check. I feel forgotten. To make matters worse, I come here to check the reviews only to see that many others have mentioned being able to WALK IN for an appointment or only have to wait 1-2 months for an appointment?? What gives? Why am I treated like a burden and left to rot on some list for a year and a half while others can just call and get scheduled? Ridiculous. Editing to add: its now April of 2024, 3 months away from my 2 year anniversary of being on the wait list for an appointment. They have GOT to be lying or screwing with me, you cannot possibly be in business if every single patient is expected to wait over 2 years for an appointment.
