Did not bill the insurance. Instead overcharged my wife and then billed me another $350. When I confronted them, they lied. They also lied to the insurance company when they called multiple times. I ended up having to send in the claim myself and I still need a refund for what they overcharged. Seemed to do fine with what he did. The cleaning seemed fine but I sadly have to worry if there was even a cavity because this office has proved to be completely untrustworthy.
Theyre clearly running a scam where they dont bill the insurance and instead try to get their customers to pay an inflated amount. I have it recorded on video and I dont believe for one second it was a mistake. They lied about too many things, including saying they had a denial letter from our insurance. I asked them for the letter and they said they didnt have time to find it. Yet the receptionist bragged about how they have a state of the art computer system and everything was in it. They were on the phone with my insurance just 20 minutes prior claiming to be reading the letter. They also couldnt provide an EOB number to the insurance company when they called and asked about the denial letter.
