        As long as my bill doesnt end up being higher than the numbers I was told then my experience was perfect. Nate and Bryce were both very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we needed to do. They helped correct my account and added my sisters as account managers, helped us figure out how to redeem our entertainment offers like Netflix, hbo max, Apple Music. We couldnt figure it out before. They helped with 2 upgrades on separate contracts, they found 2 areas where I was overpaying and reduced my monthly bill by $40 (tbd legitimacy on my next bill). They were friendly, they helped other customers while simultaneously helping us. We bonded over funny customers (in a good way not making fun). Never had so much fun at Verizon, wanted to move in and just post up there. Was there for 3 hours total over 2 visits today but place is poppin. Vibes are great. Might go there weekly and hear what offers Bryce and Nate have for me. Bryce and Nate are my best friends now. Theyre coming over for dinner actually we are meeting at Verizon and Im bringing that new Korean bbq from across the street. Shout out to Bryce and Nate. Unless my bill doesnt end up right then Ill be big mad.
